The Preservatory preserves are produced using traditional methods, in copper kettles and we use in-season fruit, much of which is grown on our 10 acre farm, Vista D'oro, here in South Langley, BC. Canada.

While artisan, we are an FDA and CFIA certified producer with our own HACCP facility with capacity to fulfill larger accounts. Our preserves are currently sold across Canada and in the US, at traditional and natural grocers as well as independent gourmet and specialty food stores, wine shops and specialty grocery markets.
